Serving as VP of Sales Training & Technology for Fidelity National Financial, Tim’s passion is reimagining sales culture within the trifecta of real estate: working with title agency owners and their sales teams; real estate brokers and agents; and mortgage companies and loan officers. With an extensive background as a sales rep and team leader, he loves helping sales professionals stand out as the go-to in their local markets by systematizing their proactive connections, streamlining their sales processes for consistency, and finding more focus through teamwork and accountability! Tim enjoys speaking for industry associations and training teams across the country on topics like Energizing Your Sales, Marketing That Matters & The Attitude of Leadership. When not consulting or training, he’s spending time with his four kids and lovely wife of 17 years, while pursuing his quest to run a marathon for charity in every state. Andrew serves as Agency & Employee Training Coordinator for the FNF
Family of Companies across the Mid-Atlantic region. Since joining the title industry, Andrew has made a significant impact by training & supporting agents in executing effective strategies that foster growth in any market.

Highly respected for his expertise in customer experience, brand development, artificial intelligence (AI), and online presence, Andrew is frequently invited to speak & train at industry events throughout the region.

He currently hosts the "Hanging with the Hoopers" podcast, all about the
“Attitude of Leadership”, and serves on the Advisory Board for the
Shenandoah University Transformative Leader Program. Prior to joining the title industry in 2021, Andrew served in various leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase. Outside of work, Andrew finds joy in spending quality time with his two young children. David Bravo Jr. has a well decorated career in the title industry for over 25 years. David studied at both USC Marshall School of Business and Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business. He had a well decorated sales career receiving various national awards before moving into management in 2012, Regional Management in 2019, and in 2020 he became CEO of the emerging Monarch Title of California. David is the author of Title Bible and Title Bible 2.0, both regarded as must reads in the title industry. He is also the founder of Title Reps Only, the national platform for Title Sales with over 3,800 members. Most recently, he helped create TitleSphere, the first industry specific CRM. David was awarded to NAHREP Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2021. Lastly, Davidis the husband of 18 years to his lovely wife Rhiannon, and they have 5 beautiful kids together.

Patrick F. Smith

Patrick F. Smith is co-founder and a partner of the law firm Smith Kessler Smith and corporate attorney for South Oak Title. His practice areas include real estate transactions and representing brokers, builders, and developers. Mr. Smith also advises companies in the real estate settlement services industries on compliance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”) provisions. He also is a co-founder and CEO of Title Success Solutions, a title insurance industry consulting firm.
Before co-founding Smith Kessler Smith and Title Success Solutions, Pat was the president of TitleSouth (now Canopy Title) and general counsel to RealtySouth in Birmingham, Alabama. Both Canopy Title and RealtySouth are subsidiaries of HomeServices of America, Inc., a Berkshire-Hathaway affiliate.
Mr. Smith was a partner in the Birmingham, Alabama law firm of Dominick, Fletcher, Yeilding, Wood, and Lloyd, P.A. (now Dominick Feld, Hyde, P.C.) and at Strickland, Smith & Wagnon.
Mr. Smith has frequently addressed real estate and title insurance industry and trade groups, including the American Land Title Association (“ALTA”) and the Real Estate Settlement Providers Council (“RESPRO”). He has also served as a presenter for CLE Alabama’s Real Estate Conference on multiple occasions and the Georgia Institute of Continuing Education (“ICLE”) and has addressed title insurance industry seminars in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Arizona, and Louisiana.
Mr. Smith holds a Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Auburn University and serves as an adjunct instructor of Business Law and Accounting at Athens State University in Athens, Alabama.
He lives in Auburn, Alabama, with his wife and law partner, Melissa Kessler Smith, their larger than life golden retriever, Weller, and a tremendously personable mini-goldendoodle puppy, Lucy. The Smith’s like to escape to their cottage on a small lake in Central Michigan.
